A map of the site, and what it is for.

Nobody will advocate for your body but you. That is the whole idea. Most people land on a health site because something is wrong, or because something they were told does not add up, or because a treatment they think might help is out of reach. We try to answer those questions directly instead of making you read six paragraphs of throat-clearing first.

Every article starts with a short, direct answer. Read that and leave if that is all you needed. If you want the reasoning, it is underneath.

Before anything else: we are a publisher, not a medical provider. Nothing here diagnoses you or tells you what to take. What we can do is show you what has been studied, how strongly, and what to ask the person who can actually examine you.
